Classes or personal training sessions can be booked a week in advance or at any time prior to class pending an available – up to 60 minutes before the class starts. Before you booking your spot, you need to purchase a package.
Just make sure you cancel your booking 12 hours before the class. If your booking is cancelled 12 hours prior to class time, your credit will be refunded to your account. But be forewarned, if you don’t cancel within the 12-hour late cancellation period, your class will be charged to your account.
If your selected class is full, join the waitlist. In order to sign up to a waitlist, you must have an available sessions in your package that will get redeemed at the time of sign up.
Please remember to drink lots of water before, during, and after you ride. It is very important to stay hydrated! Members can bring their own bottles and fill them up at our filtered water stations or purchase cold bottled water from the front desk.
Be sure to eat a little something before you exercise. We recommend eating a light snack 30 minutes before you session or class.
What to wear
We suggest wearing form fitting pants or shorts and a light and breathable top. There is no need to bring a towel, we supply them.
